The University of Kent is looking for an experienced, inspiring and engaging individual to lead the Kent Business School (KBS) through its next phase of development. The successful candidate will, as Dean, join a transformed executive leadership team within the University and be involved in shaping the University’s wider strategic development.

With delivery taking place across two campuses, in Medway and Canterbury, KBS has over 130 staff and 2,300 students and remains committed to delivering a civic mission alongside high-quality learning, teaching and world class research.
As Dean, you'll be responsible for the continued development, growth and financial sustainability of the Business School whilst enhancing the quality of provision to students. You’ll be an engaging and consensus-building leader, with outstanding academic credentials, a track record of successful leadership, a proven capability for strategic thinking and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
